FAQs

Do you do telehealth or in-person sessions?
I’m offering video telehealth sessions throughout California and some in-person appointments in the Los Angeles area. Telehealth provides convenience and flexibility, making it easier to prioritize therapy in a busy world. Telehealth helps you spend valuable time in other areas of your life instead of commuting.
What are your hours?
My hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, and some weekends.
How long are your sessions?
Sessions run for 53 – 60 minutes. We can arrange for longer sessions, depending on your needs.
How do I set up an appointment?

Please schedule your initial appointment.

Do you take insurance?

I am in-network with all major insurances.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session cost.
With what age ranges do you work?
I work with adults 18+.
Do you work with women, men, or couples?
My services are for ALL. I provide Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. I work with all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religions, etc.
Do your clients receive homework between sessions?
It depends. I individualize the techniques depending on your unique needs. The main thing to remember is that therapy only works if you implement the skills we discuss between sessions so that change happens in your day-to-day life.
What modalities do you use?

I use different modalities depending on your situation. The modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Family Systems Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy etc. If you have questions about any of these modalities, I would be happy to go over them in detail.

What can I discuss in therapy?
Nothing is off-limits in therapy. You can discuss anything. This is your safe space to discuss what’s on your mind.
